Sending and tracking an email from your inbox
Outlook and Gmail Users:
- Click the 'New Email' icon in Outlook, or 'Compose' icon in Gmail, or reply to an email.
- By default on new emails, tracking will be turned on, but you can also Click 'Log to Salesforce' for great record-keeping. When replying to an email you'll have to turn on tracking and logging.
- Click the 'Templates' button to access email marketing templates stored in your Veloxy account.
- Add your lead or contact email address, subject line, and attachment(s).
- Click send.

iOS and Droid Users:
- Click the ••• More icon in the bottom menu bar Open the Veloxy app.
- Click Emails
- Click the + icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose between 'Use Template' or 'No Template'.
- Select the Salesforce Contacts that you want to email.
- Add a subject line if you're not using a template.
- Click Send.
